If you are not satisfied with the products supplied may proceed to return within 15 days of receiving them.

All products are identified with a security label, if you want to return or exchange the product purchased, do not remove the product label, will only be accepted if the product are in accordance with the initial characteristics and accompanied by the respective documents.

If you want to return the order you may request the prepaid refund value, except the value of transportation.

In the case of exchange, Puretedubébe is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. But also not liable if the order was lost in transit.

In all cases, the request for exchange or refund must be made to our e-mail support, indicating the order number and reasons.
